I can be described as a person who carries a quiet, almost invisible anxiety with me, like a spare key in my pocket. I don't always feel it, but I always know it's there. My world is a room with many windows. And every window has a "what if" in it. I also love being active, and I find physical challenges easy, so I'm willing to spend hours in the gym. I'm the kind of person who seems ready for bad weather, but always finds the strength to stay calm and close the window to keep the rain out.
