Hi! I’m a girl who’s crazy about making homemade fruit leather. Blending fresh strawberries, mangoes, or apples into a smooth puree, spreading it thin on a baking sheet, and letting it dry slowly in the oven—peeling off the chewy, sweet leather feels like winning a tiny snack prize.
