I’m great at making to-do lists and even better at ignoring them. My favorite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch – I call it lunch. I believe in laughing at my own jokes and finding joy in the little things. Coffee lover, bookworm, and aspiring nap champion. Life’s too short to be serious all the time—let’s have some fun!
