My mom is a biology teacher; I don’t remember my dad—he left when I was 3. I spent most of my early life with my grandmother, who had Russian roots; I remember some of the phrases she taught me. When I was young, I saw a puppy on the street; it had been abandoned in a box. I took it home, but it ran away during a move. Since then, I’ve been deeply concerned about all homeless animals; I often help animal shelters and donate part of my earnings to feed them. I work in an office handling paperwork and drafting contracts. At work, I sit in a quiet office; I really miss social interaction and attention there, which is why I’m looking for it on this site. In my free time, I love reading novels and imagining myself as the heroine of the story.
