  • I forgot my password. What can I do?

    If you can’t recall your password, please visit the Forgot Password page. After entering your username and registered email address, check your inbox to complete the password reset process.If you don’t receive the email, please whitelist our email address or contact LiveJasmin Customer Service by email.

  • What’s the difference between a Basic and Premium membership?

    Basic Members can enjoy unlimited chat with Models in the Free Chat area and are recognized by their unique usernames. They can also create a personal list of favorite Models.

    The main benefit of being a Premium Members is the ability to privately interact with the Models. To enjoy all the special acts listed in the Models’ Personal Info (under willingness), Members have to be in Private Chat. Premium Members can also exchange offline messages with Models and send them Surprises in their chat rooms.

    To become a Premium Member and unlock all features, simply purchase at least 27.99 credits.

  • How can I check my Credit balance?

    Desktop: Open your personal menu by clicking on your user name on the right, then click on Credits, or click on Get Credits on the top of the page. Your available credit is displayed on the top.

    Mobile: Tap the hamburger menu in the top-left corner. Then tap on your user name on the top of the appearing menu or on Get credits. Your available credit will be shown at the top.

  • How can I close my account / delete my data?

    If you wish to close your account please note that we will erase your personal information stored in our system - except where retention is required by law, necessary for our legitimate business interests, or otherwise permitted under our Privacy Policy. The closure process defers based on the device you are using:

    • Desktop: Go to Privacy Settings in your account and select “Forget My Data.”
    • Mobile: Send an email to help@livejasmin.com with your request. We’ll respond with the necessary steps to complete the process.

  • Enabling Cam2Cam
    • In Chrome you can set your camera the following way:

      1. Open Chrome.
      2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and then Click on "Settings".
      3. At the left list click on "Privacy and security"
      4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
      5. Click Camera.
      6. Select your camera from the drop-down list on the top of the page.
      7. Make sure that default behavior is set to " Sites can ask to use your camera" (make sure "Don't allow sites to use your camera" is not checked).
      8. Remove our website from the "Allowed to use your camera" and  "Not allowed to use your camera" lists. This is necessary so that our site would ask for your permission next time you turn your camera on.
      9. Once the site prompts you for permission, choose "Allow while visiting the site".

      As a shortcut, you can copy-paste the following link to a new tab in Chrome to access your Camera settings: chrome://settings/content/camera

    • In Firefox you can set your camera the following way:

      1. Open Firefox.
      2. Go to our site and open any Models' rooms.
      3. Open the Private show overlay by clicking on the "Start Private Show" button on the bottom of the page. 
      4. Turn on your camera by clicking on the Camera icon.
      5. You will be prompted to allow our site to use your camera. (You can also trigger the settings window by clicking on the Camera icon on the left hand side of the Model's live camera feed.)
      6. Select your camera from the drop-down list on the appearing panel.
      7. Click on "Allow". You may also select the "Remember for all cameras" checkbox if you want your browser to remember your settings for the website.
    • In Edge you can set your camera the following way:

      1. Open Edge.
      2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and then Click on "Settings".
      3. At the left list click on "Privacy, search, and services"
      4. Under "Privacy, search, and services" click "Site permissions".
      5. Click "All permission".
      6. Select "Camera" from the list.
      7. Select your camera from the drop-down list on the top of the page.

      6. Go back to LiveJasmin in your browser and select a Model.

    • On iOS devices, you can set your camera the following way:

      1. Open Settings.
      2. Go to Apps.
      3. Find the browser you are using,
      4. Make sure that Camera usage is enabled or set to Always ask.
      5. Go back to LiveJasmin in your browser and select a Model.
      6. Tap on Start Private at the bottom and enable Cam2Cam.
      7. On the upcoming window enable the browser to use your camera.
  • Enabling Two-Way Audio
    • In Chrome you can use your microphone the following way:

      1. Open Chrome.
      2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and then Click on "Settings".
      3. At the left list click on "Privacy and security"

      5. Click Microphone.
      6. Select your microphone from the drop-down list on the top of the page.

    If you experience any problem browsing our site (such as strange error messages, cannot enter a Model chat room, can’t see video streams, etc.) we recommend the clearing of cookies and cache from your browser.

    * Note: Other stored data such as browsing history, stored usernames and/or passwords may be erased as well.

    Please also make sure that your Private Browsing (for Firefox and Safari ), Incognito (for Chrome) is disabled.

  • Why am I getting a „Suspicious activity detected” message?

    We recently introduced a new safety measure to enhance the safety of our website. The system may detect unusual activity from your connection and restricted your login attempts. To avoid triggering this message, we recommend:

    • Not using VPN services
    • Avoiding incognito/private browsing modes
    • Using a supported browser (For the list of recommended browser check the Recommended Browsers section.)

    As children are more vulnerable than adults, they require special protection in the online world. As adults or parents, you can set up "safe search" controls on your web browser and/or download parental control software on your devices.   • What is LiveJasmin?

    LiveJasmin is an adult live video chat site, where Members and visitors meet Models from around the world. The Models broadcast video feed live from their home or studio, and interact with visitors in public or private rooms through video, voice, chat and messages. LiveJasmin offers a wide variety of Models. To find one who fits a certain taste or preference, Members may use a search bar on the top of any page. Models are available based on appearance, age, spoken language, specialties, video quality and on many other specifications by typing in simple key words. Once a Member finds a favorite, the Model can be added to a personal Favorite list and saved for next time.

  • What are the Awards?

    Our Awards reward the most active and hard-working models in various categories. We have new Awards each week and the contest lasts for 7 days. Every member can help their favorite model in each category.

    How can I give points to models in the Awards?

    Giving points to your favorite model is easy: all you need to do is spend on your favorite Model so they can receive points in their respective Awards category.

    Is there a limit to how often I can give points?

    You can give points as many times as you want! Just keep using the feature of the category you want to see your favorite model rise in.

  • What is SmartBuy?

    The SmartBuy feature allows members to enjoy private shows without interruption. This feature gives the system permission to automatically top-up the Subscriber’s credit balance whenever the account balance falls to 7 credits. By default the SmartBuy purchases a 27.99 package, however the member has the option to change the SmartBuy purchase amount. With every Smartbuy purchase you will also receive a random gift.

    How can I activate Smartbuy?

    Desktop: You can activate the SmartBuy feature in your "Account Settings".

    Mobile: You can activate the SmartBuy feature in your "General Settings".

    How can I disable Smartbuy?

    To deactivate the feature, go to your Settings and deselect the SmartBuy option.

  • What is Cam2Cam?

    Cam2Cam is a feature that allows Members to share their camera feeds with Models in Private Chat.

    Desktop device: The feature can be enabled by clicking on the camera icon on the left side of Models' live camera feeds or you can select the option on the confirmation window right after you click on the Start Private Show button in the Models' room.

    Mobile: The feature can be enabled on the confirmation window right after you tap on the Start Private Show button in the Models' room.

    It is important to mention that it may incur extra per-minute charges.

  • What is Two-Way audio?

    Two-Way audio is a feature that allows Members to talk to Performers via audio in Private Chat. It is important to mention that not all models have this feature available.

    Desktop device: The feature can be enabled by clicking on the microphone icon on the left side of Models' live camera feeds or you can select the option on the confirmation window right after you click on the Start Private Show button in the Models' room.

    Mobile: The feature can be enabled on the confirmation window right after you tap on the Start Private Show button in the Models' room. It is important to mention that not all models have this feature available, and that it may incur extra per-minute charges.

  • What is King of The Room?

    The King of the Room feature is exactly what it sounds like—you can become the King of your favorite Model’s room!

    To earn the title, simply be the person who sends the most credits to a Model through Surprises or the Interactive Toy.

    Once you claim the crown:

    • A message will be sent to everyone in the room announcing you as the new King.
    • Your reign lasts for 24 hours, or until someone else surpasses your contribution.

    It goes without saying that the model will be extremely pleased as well, and will feel much closer to you.

    As a member, you will receive many benefits based on your rank, which you can view on our Club Elite Page.

    When do my received benefits become effective?

    Your benefits will apply starting from the next Private Session after you reach a new rank.

    How long are my received benefits valid?

    The benefits you receive are valid for as long as you maintain your current level in the Club Elite, or if you move up in rank.

  • What is CreditBack?

    CreditBack is part of the Club Elite program to reward your loyalty. With CreditBack you earn back a percentage of the credits you spent on site while enjoying the services.

    Who is eligible for CreditBack?

    You must be at least on Sweetheart level in order to collect and redeem CreditBack Points. If you accumulate points but drop below the Sweetheart level, your points will freeze and can be redeemed for credits as soon as you reach Sweetheart level or above.

    Do CreditBack points have an expiration?

    CreditBack Points earned within a calendar year must be redeemed by January of the following year. For example, CreditBack Points earned in 2025 must be redeemed no later than January 31st, 2026. This rule applies as of January 1st, 2025, therefore the first expiration will occur on February 1st, 2026 where any unredeemed CreditBack Points from previous years will reset to 0.

    Do CreditBack Points differ from Elite Points?

    Yes, CreditBack points are independent from Elite points and they are not subject to daily/monthly drop.

    Can I use the redeemed credits anywhere on the site?

    Yes, you can use the redeemed credits on any credit-based feature. There is no difference between purchased credits or credits received via CreditBack points conversion.

    Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?

    Yes, you need at least 10 Credits worth of CreditBack Points to convert them. There is no maximum limit.

  • What are Stories?

    Follow your favorite models and see a whole new side of them! Thanks to Stories, models can now share personal moments with their members.

    There are two different types of Stories, Free and Premium. Everyone can view the Free Stories, but only those members that subscribe to a model for a one-time flat fee can enjoy their Premium Stories.

    Once you subscribe to a model's Premium Stories, you will have access to all of the model's Stories for 7 days. Enjoy!

    Desktop: If the Model has a newly uploaded Story a golden ring will appear around her activity dot (bottom-left corner of his Profile Picture or top-left corner in the Model's room) and you have to simply click on it. Mobile: If the Model has a newly uploaded Story a golden ring will appear around her activity dot (bottom-left corner of his Profile Picture or top-left corner in the Model's room) and you have to simply tap on it.

  • What is MyContent?

    Models can upload 3 different types of content to their profile:

    • Pictures
    • Videos
    • Notes

    Pictures and Videos can be either Free or Premium. Anyone can enjoy the model’s Free Content, but Premium Content must be purchased for the price specified by the model. Once a member purchases a Premium Content (Photo album, Video, etc), they will have access to it for 90 days. After that time however, access to the Premium Content will end. Desktop: Enter to the Model's room and the available content will be visible under the video feed. If you wish to unlock a content simply move your cursor above it and use the Unlock my Video/Album button.

    Mobile: Enter to the Model's room, tap on the 3 dot icon on the right side and select the pictures icon. A new window will appear where you can select and unlock the desired content.

  • What is Sneakpeek?

    Peeks let you get a glimpse of what’s happening behind closed doors in a Private Show. You can peek into any model’s Private (note: Exclusive Private Shows are excluded) for 25 seconds for only 1.99 Credits. During a Peek:

    • You cannot interact with the model - you can only watch their Private Show with another member.
    • The model does not receive a notification when a user uses a Peek on their show.
    • Free Peeks (won in our daily offers) expire after 168 hours.

    How to use Sneakpeeks:

    Desktop: If the Model is currently performing a Private Show her activity dot will be shown as red and the Take a Peek button will appear on her Profile picture. The same option will be also available if you enter to the Model's room.

    Mobile: Enter to the Model's room and tap on the Take a Peek for 1,99 Credits sign and enjoy your intro.

  • What is Snapshot?

    Save a perfect moment in time for you to enjoy again and again! Take a Snapshot during any Private Show for only 0.5 Credits, and it'll be yours to admire forever.

    You can only take a Snapshot if a model enabled the feature. Only you can view the Snapshot, no one else. Your Snapshots will always be available to you unless the related model closes their account. You will find all your saved Snapshots under the “My Content” menu after clicking on your username in the top-right corner of the webpage.

    Desktop: Enter to the Model's room and use the camera icon at the left side. The picture will be saved into your My Menu - My content - My Snapshots.

    Mobile: the feature is not available on mobile devices.

  • What is VIP Show?

    Come together! With VIP Shows, you and other members can enjoy a hot and steamy show.

    Since multiple members will watch at the same time, the price per minute of a VIP Show is very affordable. Every VIP Show has a pre-show, to give time for members to join in and contribute to the VIP Show’s Credit goal. Models also include descriptions of their shows, to tell you what you can expect in their shows. VIP Shows will only start if the model manually starts them or if the Credit goal is reached. Once the VIP Show starts, only those members that gave the minimum amount of Credits or more can enjoy the show. Please note, a model may cancel the VIP Show at any time during the pre-show. You can search for VIP Shows on our webpage by using the related “VIP Show” filter.

    Desktop: to participate in a show, enter to the Model's room click on your Book Your Place button, select the Credit amount what you wish to send and click on the Book Your Place button again.

    Mobile: to participate in a show, enter to the Model's room tap on your Book Your Place button than simply select the Credit amount.

  • What are Real Roses?

    Pamper the models you love most with a stunning box of long-lasting Real Roses delivered straight to their door. Just select the shop icon to send them a special surprise they will never forget. Please note that this feature is not available in every Model's room.

    How can I send Real Roses?

    Desktop: Enter the Model’s room, click the shopping bag icon on the left side, and select the gift you wish to send. The price will appear when you hover your cursor over the item.

    Mobile: Enter the Model’s room, tap the three-dot icon, then tap the shopping bag symbol. A list of available gifts will appear, and you can choose the item you’d like to send.

  • What is the Goodie Basket?

    Help reward your favorite model! Now, models have a Goodie Basket on their profile, full of awesome Gifts. You can spoil your special someone by contributing Credits to their Goodie Basket goal.

    You have 6 months to help your favorite model as much as you want, and after we will send them rewards for that amount.

    How can I contribute?

    Desktop: Enter the Model’s room, click the shopping bag icon on the left side, select the Goodie Basket option at the top, choose the desired Credit amount, and click the Send button.

    Mobile: Enter the Model’s room, tap the three-dot icon, then tap the shopping bag symbol. Select the Goodie Basket option at the top, choose the gift you’d like to send, and tap to confirm.

  • What is a Fan Club?

    The Fan Club is the newest way for you to support your favorite models and enjoy amazing discounts and benefits all at once!

    A Fan Club has 4 tiers:

    • Bronze
    • Silver
    • Gold
    • Diamond

    Each has their own monthly fee, and the higher your membership tier is, the more benefits you can enjoy. Higher tier members can enjoy free Monthly Messages, free access to premium model content, custom Surprises, and a unique badge to indicate their premium status.

    How can I use it?

    Desktop: To subscribe to a Model's Fan Club you simply need to click on the star icon or the Join My fan Club button in the Model's room. You can manage your Fan Club subscriptions with the “My Content” option, under “My Subscription”.

    Mobile: To subscribe to a Model's Fan Club you simply need to tap on the 3 dots in the Model's room and search for the star icon. You can manage your Fan Club subscriptions with the “My Subscription” Settings.

    Can I cancel my Pro Membership?

    Yes, you can cancel your Pro Membership at any time. Please note that the subscription itself will remain active until the next billing cycle.

    How do I deactivate my Pro Membership?

    To deactivate your Pro Membership, simply navigate to Settings > Pro Membership > Manage Subscription and click Unsubscribe.

    What should I do if I don't want to use a benefit?

    You can enable or disable most Pro benefits by going to Settings > Pro Membership. Once there, you will find toggles for the different advantages, and you can simply disable the benefits you don't wish to use.

    When I become a Pro Member, can I choose to have any mask I want from the Elite Club masks on my profile?

    You can only choose to disguise yourself with a lower ranking mask, but you still get to enjoy all the benefits that come with your actual Club Elite rank.

    When I use Invisible Mode, can I still interact with models, send gifts, invite them to Private etc.?

    Yes, with invisible mode you can enter chatrooms without being seen. However, once you interact with the room, such as sending a message, a toy vibration etc. you will automatically become visible again.

    Is my Pro Member badge visible to everyone or only the models?

    Yes, your Pro badge is visible to everyone in the chat room by default. In other words, both models and other members will be able to see your badge. However, you can also hide your badge if you choose to do so. To deactivate your Pro badge, go to your Settings > Pro membership.

    What is an Exclusive Private?

    An Exclusive Private show is an uninterrupted one-on-one session with the Model during a Private Show.

    How do I make a Private Show exclusive?

    Once the Private Show begins, simply click on the small lock icon at the top of the stream to make it exclusive.

    Who is eligible for the free trial of the 1-month Pro Membership?

    All unique members are eligible who successfully verify their age and do not have an active Pro Membership subscription.

    How can I activate the Free Trial?

    After successful age verification, you are redirected to the Pro Membership page, where going through the signup process you can activate the Pro Membership for free.

    How long does the Free trial last?

    The Free Trial of the Pro Membership is active for thirty (30) calendar days at no initial charge. Once the trial period is over, the subscription recurs and you are automatically charged every thirty (30) calendar days, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period.

    How much does the Pro Membership cost?

    The subscription fee for Pro Membership is subject to exchange rate adjustments and applicable local taxes. You can review exact pricing details on the Pro Membership page.

  • How does video chat work?

    Models have a webcam or camcorder set up in their room or studio providing live video feed through the Internet. All Models on LiveJasmin have audio option as well, so they can be seen and heard the same time. If you experience any issue with the camera or audio feed in a chat room, please contact our Support team.

  • How do I leave a chatroom?

    You can leave a chat room simply on desktop by clicking on the Close button on the top-right corner or on the X button at the top right on mobiles. In Private Chat LiveJasmin uses per second billing, which ensures that Premium Members only pay for the actual time spent one-on-one with the Model.

    Yes, you can enjoy the same LiveJasmin experience anytime, anywhere. From Android smartphones we recommend to use our LJ App, that is available for installation from the page within the mobile website in the Main Menu. The application is only available for Android devices, iOS devices are excluded currently.

Registered members can chat infinitely while guests may spend a limited time in a room and their messages may be restricted by the model. If you feel more comfortable chatting in your own language, once your are a Premium member you will be able to use the automatic chat translator which is available in over 15 languages.

    Please note that the models' messages will appear in a different color than the members’. Messages from members will also have different colors depending on their Club Elite level.

    If you like the model and the feeling is mutual, you may move to a Private Chat by clicking on “Start Private” button. During a private session you may also activate your own webcam or microphone to interact with the model with the Cam2Cam or Two-Way Audio feature.
